![]() ![]() I liked Stardew's approach to 'reeling in' a fish with adequate struggle, but I don't mind Sandrock's trap version ( though I am a bit confused why you couldn't just bait a trap like you're fishing for lobster ect ). If you wait until the fish reaches the bait, highlight the fish and release, you essentially get an easy 1-hit fishing experience. If you attempt to get the fish while they're moving ( either in slow approach or rapid retreat ), then you have your hard mode. Fertilizer can be used in farm plots to increase the amount of crops harvested. Fertilizer can be purchased at the following shops: Fertilizer can be crafted using the following crafting stations: Fertilizer is an important item in farming. making fish skillshots is quite fun in sandrock.ĭepending on your approach to fishing in Sandrock, it either requires a lot more skill than stardew valley ( or the majority of fishing games ) or it's the easiest crane game ever. Fertilizer is an item used in farming to increase crop yields. I'd put sandrock's fishing ahead of stardew valley - and after my quick little quality of life adjustments, far ahead of stardew valley. There's a few quality of life adjustments i'd make for sandrock's fishing, and can probably make with a few quick and dirty mods. Originally posted by Hammer Of Evil:i love fishing minigames, and i think my favorite by far was for breath of fire III on playstation. I was assuming that in the next two days the dance will happen. Next day Burgess was there on the spot, I spoke with him and he went away, Ive gathered the food that day to make the total at 108. As it is right now I never find myself fishing unless I have to for a quest. I was playing last night and we went into the food shortage and there was a proposal for a dance off. So please, make the fishing minigame fun. Just recently I finished Tales of Arise and I liked the fishing there too. ![]() For example minigame triggers and you get shown a sequence of 4+ buttons that you have to press in a limited time to win the minigame and with increased difficulty (in this case a more difficult to catch fish) the number of buttons increases while the time to press them stays the same. My most preferred minigames are pressing a button sequence. The minigame for fishing in Portia was something I never saw before, so it was fresh and new and I loved it, trying to stay in the circle, increasing the circle by improving your fishing equipment, it's just great. This isn't the case in Sandrock, there's no minigame, you just throw and catch the fish instantly, there's nothing to play in order to get the fish. In Portia you throw it out and when a fish bites, the minigame starts. I'm a sucker for these games, My time at, Runefactory, Re:Legend, got them all and what I love about these games are the little minigames that you can do on the side. Without navigating through the different machinery menus My Time at Sandrock doesn’t explicitly say where you can find Quartz. Ngl fishing in Sandrock is pretty disappointing compared to Portia. 31st May 2022 16:26 Quartz is a construction material in My Time at Sandrock, which players will need to gather early in the game. ![]()
